If the USB port on my suitcase doesn't work, who can I look for?

How to use the charging port outside the luggage?
  1. Open the zippered side pocket and get the cable inside.
  2. Charge with a power bank. (The USB input only works for USB output, the USB-C input only works for USB-C output)
  3. Open the outside port, connect it to your phone with a cable.
How do I set the code when I first get it?
  1. Rotate the dials to the currently used code (e.g., 0-0-0);
  2. Keep pressing the unlock button while adjusting the code to the combination you preferred;
  3. Release the unlock button, and your lock will be set to the new combination.
Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?

The absence of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice.
