How do I set the code when I first get it?
- The original combination is 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button in the latch from "OFF" to "SET";
- Turn the Dials to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8);
- Switch the Reset Button to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

I haven't had it long, but it appears to be durable. It's definitely lightweight. I like the little tab that can pop up to hang a small tote back or purse off of. It was easy to reset the combination lock.
Great suitcase, build and finish is great and high quality. Added standard tsa lock is a great addition. My favorite feature is that it is expandable which is not common at the carry on size, additional the pocket on the back for small item/quick storage is very helpful and if you get anything in duty free you can hang it on the hook at the top of the bag.
