I purchased this carry on in February of 2024. I travel 2-3 days a week for work and have been using this as my go to for all traveling. The bag is very spacious and perfect for a 3-5 day trip. I recently had an issue with the bag and the handle that pulls up the lever to hold while you roll it in the airport broke off as I was pulling it off a security belt. I was extremely disappointed and had to use an extension cord I had on me to pull it through the airport. I reached out to the Lugge…x customer support team. After submitting my order information and pictures of the damage they said they would be sending me a replacement carry on at no cost. It’s great to know that if you do have any issues the 3 year warranty will be there for support. They were very quick with response time and I appreciate them making it a very easy process. Looking forward to getting my new bag and continued use on my travels.

I have one issue with the suitcase. The threading on the inside plastic pocket is broken. Im not sure if adding items to the pocket will make it worse, so I may steer clear of using the pocket, which is a bummer because I planned to use that pocket for my carry on liquid items. I’m hoping it doesn’t unthread even more while traveling. I am traveling on two flights for the next two days. Thankfully this bag is staying with me, so it won’t go through too much chaos. Other than that I have no issu…es. It’s a beautiful suitcase, the wheels are smooth and the front pocket makes it very convenient when going through security at the airport.

I evaluated 12 bags looking for the best underseater that met my needs. This hard-side bag was unique and I almost wanted to keep it just because of that. It was stable to pull and with my backpack on top. It rolled easily. It did not have a place for a water bottle and required an additional handle mounted pocket. It did not have a way to strap it into a larger bag for transport and needed a bungee. But I loved the leather-like texture and how it looked and matched up my larger luggage set. In… the end the limited cargo capacity made me return it and the price seemed too high for these limitations.
