Love the suitcase, but the latch broke within a year. Fortunately they have good customer service. They responded in a timely manner and sent replacement parts for it.
I travel very frequently and bought this luggage 8 months ago. It's very sturdy, stylish, and functional. The carry on rolls so smooth. It's looks gets it lots of compliments in the airport. I actually broke one of the latches, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new latch right away and free of charge. I have since purchased the larger, check-in sized bag and it is also high quality. I would definitely recommend Luggex to anyone that travels a lot.
I reluctantly checked this beautiful luggage on my latest flight from Paris to the US. I cannot believe that it was the first piece of luggage that dropped onto the conveyor belt at the airport--undamaged! It is stylish and rugged and so easy to roll about in large airports. Great value.

Contacted LUGGEX on Saturday with a warranty issue. They immediately responded and offered to provide a replacement ASAP. You really have to admire a company that stands by their product and resolves the issue in a timely manner without frustrating and undue burdens.

I purchased this carry-on to use for a recent 3 week trip to Asia and what can I say? This is a fantastic all aluminum carry-on luggage that’s priced very well (only one I could find under $200).
